Alongside a demanding Broadway schedule, Alison is a sought-after choreographer and coach for aspiring and emerging Broadway artists. She serves on faculty at Marymount Manhattan College and Broadway Dance Center in New York City, mentoring the next generation with clarity, generosity, and high standards. Her work bridges discipline and delight — technical excellence infused with humanity and humor.
